MP Design is a private fit out company led by Mo Patel. Thirty five years of hotel, hospitality and residential work across London and Europe, delivered on a small number of projects each year so that every one of them gets his name on it.
Who we are
A small practice, on purpose
Most fit out firms grow by taking on more. MP Design does the opposite. We take a limited number of projects a year because the person whose name is on the company is the same person on your site, checking the joinery, the levels and the finish before anyone else sees it.
That means you deal with Mo directly from first walkthrough to final handover. No account manager, no site team you have never met, no surprises in week nine.
Projects are managed on programme and handed over on time, by a design and build team that works closely with the client the whole way through rather than disappearing between site meetings.

Residential
Private homes and apartments in central London and abroad, including refits in Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, the South of France and Monaco. Much of this work is for high net worth clients, so it is handled quietly and kept off the public record.
Rollout and retail
Fit out work for McDonald's across the UK and London, over twenty years of it. Same specification, same standard, site after site, to a programme that does not move.

Costed proposal
A broken down quotation so you can see where the money goes, with drawings or visuals where they help you decide.
Build
One design and build team, one point of contact, a programme you can hold us to, and weekly progress you can actually see.
Handover
Snagged properly before you walk in, not after. Delivered on the date we gave you, as a finished room rather than a list.
